Tati Odintsova, Founder and CEO of Q85 PR Agency
Since 2011, Tati has built her career at the crossroads of journalism, communications, and creative strategy. She began as a columnist for Smallbusiness magazine, writing about young and ambitious entrepreneurs. Around the same time, she discovered PR, contributing content for the agency Interium.
From 2014, she worked as a staff reporter at RBC, where she covered some of Russia’s most dynamic business founders for the “Own Business” section. In 2019, she joined the external communications team at IT provider Selectel as a business copywriter and editor of the company’s corporate blog on VC.ru. There, she developed both client success stories and technical content for Habr, helping drive measurable audience growth and brand visibility.Parallel to that, Tati launched her independent PR practice, deepening her expertise in marketing and storytelling.
Since 2022, she has been a special correspondent for Expert magazine, creating long-form features on charismatic entrepreneurs as well as cultural and social topics — from Yakutian cinema and African dramas to French autofiction. She also co‑managed the magazine’s Telegram channel and collaborated with the marketing team, later joining Monocle Russia with the same editorial group.
In 2025, Tati founded Q85 PR Agency, a creative lab for strategic communications and public relations — bringing together her journalistic depth, storytelling vision, and business understanding to help brands grow and stand out.

We start working from day one of the contract. If there’s a clear goal to get media coverage and the request aligns, we can achieve results within the first week. Everything is individual though — let’s discuss your specific case.
